OUR FEES

Our transparent commission rates mean you always know what to expect:

Under $2,000 AUD: 25% commission or $275 minimum fee.

$2,000 AUD - $5,000 AUD: 20% commission.

$5,000 AUD - $10,000: 15% commission.

$10,000 AUD or More: 10% commission

For example:

Bag with a resale price of $2,600 AUD: You earn $2,080 AUD.

Bag with a resale price of $10,000 AUD: You earn $9,000 AUD.

COUNTERFEIT ITEMS

If an item is found to be counterfeit, a one-time fee will be charged to your account to cover authentication and handling. We will return the item to you immediately.

COUNTERFEIT ITEM FEES:

Handbags and accessories: $90 AUD

Watches: $150 AUD

Our pricing methodology combines historical sales data, current market trends, and item-specific factors including designer prestige, condition assessment, and demand analytics. We continuously monitor the luxury resale market to ensure your items are competitively priced for optimal sale potential while maximizing your return.

The luxury resale market presents significant challenges including authentication concerns, payment fraud, and time-intensive negotiations. We eliminate these risks by handling authentication, professional photography, marketing, and secure transactions. Our established customer base and expertise ensure faster sales at competitive prices while you focus on what matters most to you.

For consignment sales, we transfer your proceeds (minus our agreed commission) within 24 hours of the buyer's payment clearing our accounts. Payments are processed via secure bank transfer or PayPal, ensuring quick and reliable access to your funds.

We recommend a 12-week minimum consignment period to allow adequate market exposure. After this period, you have complete control: maintain the current price, authorize a price reduction, or request a complimentary return. We never adjust pricing without your explicit approval.

We accept bags, wallets, accessories, watches, designer jewellery and non-branded jewellery as long as it's solid gold (9ct–22ct) or platinum with natural gemstones. Plated or filled pieces are not accepted.

Original receipts, dust bags, and accessories are not required for consignment. However, including these items when available can enhance both the final sale price and buyer appeal. We accept items based on their intrinsic value and authenticity, regardless of accompanying documentation.
