Yes. The prepaid label we provide includes full insurance coverage for your item during transit to us. Your item is covered from the moment it leaves your hands until it arrives safely at our boutique.
Our pricing is based on current resale market data, recent comparable sales, the item's condition, and demand for that specific brand and style. We price items to sell while maximising your return. You'll see your estimated sale price before you commit, and we never adjust pricing without your approval.
Selling luxury privately comes with real risks, fake buyers, payment fraud, lowball offers, and endless back-and-forth. We handle everything: authentication, professional photography, listing, marketing, and secure payment processing. You just send us the item and wait for your payout.
We have a minimum 12-week consignment period to allow adequate market exposure. If you need to withdraw your item before this period, a $200 early release fee applies. After 12 weeks you have full flexibility, keep it listed, adjust the price, or request a return. We never change pricing without your approval.
Once your item sells and the buyer's payment has cleared, we transfer your payout directly to your nominated bank account or PayID within 1-4 business days. No delays, no surprises.
We accept items in very good to excellent pre-owned condition. Minor wear consistent with normal use is fine. Items with significant damage, heavy scratching, broken hardware, or strong odours may not be accepted. When in doubt, submit your item and we'll assess it as part of the quote process.
Not required. However, including dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, or original receipts where available can positively impact the final sale price and buyer confidence. We assess every item on its own merits regardless of documentation.
We accept bags, wallets, accessories, watches, designer jewellery, and fine jewellery crafted in solid gold (9ct-22ct) or platinum with natural gemstones. Plated or filled pieces are not accepted.
If an item is found to be counterfeit following authentication, a one-time fee will be charged to cover authentication and handling costs, and the item will be returned to you immediately. Handbags & Accessories, $90 AUD. Watches, $160 AUD.
