All our items are Pre-loved unless specifically marked as "New" in the product listing.

Yes, we do. After you purchase your item/s, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Delivery & Returns
All sales are final – we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Every item is meticulously photographed, filmed, and described to ensure complete transparency. In the rare event an item is proven inauthentic, we’ll issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Australia & New Zealand: Free tracked shipping via Australia Post Express
- Worldwide: Flat rate $49 AUD via EMS Express (includes full tracking)

Selling your pre-loved luxury pieces is effortless:
- Submit Photos – Share details via our Online Consignment Form
- Receive a Quote – Our experts will respond within 24 hours with a valuation
- Post Your Item – Once approved, we will provide you with a postage label
- Get Paid – You’ll receive payment once your item sells via Bank Transfer

Pricing is dependent on a variety of factors including market prices, demand for the item, and the condition and age of the item
Our commission rates are tiered to ensure fair value for your luxury pieces:
- Under 2,000AUD: 25% or 275 AUD minimum fee)
- 2,000––5,000 AUD: 20% commission
- 5,000––10,000 AUD: 15% commission
- $10,000+ AUD: 10% commission
Once your item sells, we process your payment within 48 hours of the buyer’s funds clearing in our account. You’ll receive:
- Final payout (sale price minus commission)
- Payment confirmation via email
- Flexible options: Direct bank transfer
We have a standard 12 week consignment period. If the item does not sell in the 12 weeks, you can either choose to reduce the asking price, or we can ship it back to you at no additional cost
To protect our buyers and maintain marketplace integrity, we enforce strict authentication protocols:
- Handbags/Accessories: A $90 AUD fee applies to cover authentication and handling costs.
- Watches: A $150 AUD fee applies (due to specialized verification requirements).
