Free Local Delivery

We offer fast and free delivery within Australia via Express Australia post. Your purchase is sent registered, tracked, and insured for complete peace of mind.

Order before noon AEST for dispatch the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day. 

We also offer free registered, tracked, and insured delivery to New Zealand.

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide at a flat rate of 49 AUD.

International buyers are responsible for import taxes, customs fees and any other associated charges from their receiving country. 

Returns

We offer Australian customers a 7-day free return and 100% refund service for bags, wallets and accessories so you can be confident when shopping online.

We DO NOT accept returns of watches and jewellery.

To be eligible for a return, items must not be used and must be returned in their original condition and packaging as sent be Lost Designer. To return an item, please email us at: enquiries@lostdesigner.com.au
