Our pricing combines historical sales data, current market trends, and item-specific factors including designer prestige, condition, and demand. We continuously monitor the luxury resale market to ensure your items are competitively priced for the best outcome.

The luxury resale market comes with real risks — authentication concerns, payment fraud, and time-intensive negotiations. We eliminate all of that by handling authentication, professional photography, marketing, and secure transactions. Our established customer base and expertise mean faster sales at competitive prices.

For consignment sales, we transfer your proceeds — minus our agreed commission — within 24 hours of the buyer's payment clearing our accounts. Payments are processed via secure bank transfer or PayPal.

We recommend a 12-week minimum to allow adequate market exposure. If you choose to withdraw your item before this period, a minimum $200 early release fee applies to cover photography, authentication, marketing, and handling costs.

After 12 weeks you have full flexibility — keep the price as is, approve an adjustment, or request a complimentary return. We never change pricing without your approval.

We accept bags, wallets, accessories, watches, designer jewellery, and fine jewellery crafted in solid gold (9ct–22ct) or platinum with natural gemstones. Plated or filled pieces are not accepted.

Original receipts, dust bags, and accessories are not required. However, including these when available can enhance the final sale price and buyer appeal. We accept items based on their intrinsic value and authenticity, regardless of accompanying documentation.
