Does each jewellery piece include its original box or paperwork?
Every jewellery piece includes a physical authenticity certificate from Lost Designer. Original brand inclusions—such as the box, pouch, certificate, receipt, care booklet or service and repair documentation—vary by item and are listed precisely in the individual product description.
Can I inspect a jewellery piece at the Toorak boutique?
Yes. Visit us at 428E Toorak Road, Toorak during opening hours. No appointment is required, although one-of-a-kind pieces can sell at any time.

Yes. Every item we dispatch is tracked and insured in transit. We offer complimentary express delivery across Australia, with orders dispatched from our Toorak boutique within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes. Secure your item with a 20% non-refundable deposit, then pay the remaining balance across four fortnightly instalments over eight weeks. There are no interest charges or account fees, and you can pay early.
View lay-by termsWhat happens if an item arrives not as described or raises an authenticity concern?
If an item is materially not as described, contact us within seven days of delivery with photo or video evidence. If an item is proven inauthentic, we provide a full refund including return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
